Worksheets for teachers

Today, I began the process of adding worksheets that I have made myself and been using for a number of years, to the blog.  You can find them under "Resources for teachers" on the sidebar.  There are scale sheets (not entirely finished, but all the majors are there) and worksheets for littles to help them learn their letter names, key names and notes around middle C.  Enjoy - and use them as you wish.  They are all free.

New Gr 2 piece

Just to let everyone know that there is a new piece under Grade 2 - "Hopefully Spring"  enjoy!

New Additions

You will find a few new additions in the pages to the right... Check out the Beginner page as there are a number of new pieces there including some hymns for beginners.  As well, the entire book, "Tunes for Littles" is there.  Please make a donation if you feel able to help out my MusicLink student.

Under the "Celtic Collection" page, you will find a link to the entire "Celtic Collection for Beginner Piano"  .  Again, feel free to use the book for your students, and if you are able to make a small donation to help out my MusicLink student, I would be most appreciative of it.

Sneaky Pete

I apologize for not posting more lately - it has been a very busy summer of bringing our home up to date with some painting etc.  Now that the house looks better, I can hopefully spend a little more time here, posting some music!

Today, here is a tune that I posted way, way back when I first started all this, called Sneaky Pete.  It was a hit with some of my students, and perhaps it will be for yours as well.  Some can be taught by rote, especially the rhythm.  My Level 3 students enjoyed it very much.
